Hello everyone, it's been quite a while since I've written anything here, but I've decided to take it up again and see where it goes. Seeing as it's been so long, I think it would be best to treat this like running and just start slow.
"Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn't learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn't learn a little, at least we didn't get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn't die; so, let us all be thankful." -The BuddhaI think that this one is pretty much self-explanatory, the best kind.
Smile, breathe, and go slowly.
